The space
The house is designed to be enjoyed as a family, group of anglers, group of ladies, couples and kids, it is large and has 3 rooms in the corridor area on the first level. The Master room has a Jacuzzi for two people on the second level with exceptional views of the "Agua" Volcano, "Fuego" and "Acatenango" Volcanoes. The main guest room has a jacuzzi for 1 person only. Both have living rooms, fireplaces, walking closet and access to the garden or balcony. The Master bedroom has a KING size bed, Jacuzzi for two people, shower, toilet, bidet, 2 sinks, dresser, walking closet, living room in the same environment, fireplace with Antigüeño design with direct access to the terrace, since it is located on the second level with exceptional views of the Agua, Fuego and Acatenango Volcano. The safe box is not available to the guest.
The Master Guest bedroom has a KING size bed, "soft" Jacuzzi for 1 person, shower, toilet, bidet, 2 sinks, second outdoor shower, walking closet, separate room with Cable TV and access to a garden private with water vase, wooden gabled roof illuminated with special lights, dresser for her and security box. This room connects through steps with the two rooms below through the lobby, since they are completely independent. 2 more rooms with private bathroom, they have a rest between them, always in the corridor area, each one independent from the other, they have security boxes, both have a KING size bed, bathtub with shower included, 1 sink, 1 toilet, walking closet, 1 armchair, wooden gabled roof illuminated with special lights. The other two rooms with private bathroom, have a lobby between them, located on the first level connected to the Master room, have closets, living room, one of them has a shower with jets and a half-parable ceiling following the Antigueño design, 1 sink, 1 shower and 2 imperial size beds each. One of the rooms has a connection to the corridor that leads to the pool, making it more independent with two exits. It has a service room with a private bathroom.
Another room with a private bathroom for the driver if you need it or our administrator can stay the night if your check-in is late. Ideal for couples, families of 3 generations, family with friends or people who come to visit and want to stay from Antigua Guatemala. 4 of the Suites have King Size beds and 2 Suites have 2 Twin beds for children. The extra room of the administrator has a double size bed. The house has a grand entrance, a lobby showing an internal garden, a guest bathroom at the entrance, a formal living room with a hanging fireplace and a rustic stone bench. The family room has cable TV, Apple TV and "BOSE" sound system for the different environments: kitchen, pool, main room, family room. With German windows that overlook the U-shaped corridor and the heated pool and corner Jacuzzi in the center.
Kitchen is designed for entertaining, with Viking Pro Chef range, "Monogram" convection oven, 2nd kitchen featuring a 2 burner Smeg range, SMEG brand dishwasher, ADVANTIUM oven with microwave/oven option convention for smaller dishes. Coffee maker, toaster, hand blender, large mixer all of "KitchenAid" brand, JURA brand Instant Coffee Machine with separate milk frother and "COOL CONTROL" also separately to keep milk cold. The barbecue area has a fireplace to cook with wood, a gas barbecue, a refrigerator for the bar and the bar area is outside, it connects with the main kitchen, together with the kitchenette, they have safe ultraviolet water to drink passing through the 3 areas from the personal kitchen, the main kitchen and the barbecue area. Solar panels for both water and electricity.
